Stay Up To Date on Trip Departures and Policies Related to COVID-19

Legit Trips has resumed international travel.

We look forward to traveling with you again soon. We continue to take extra safety precautions when planning trip itineraries, selecting vendors, and choosing destinations.  If you have any questions before booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you were booked on an international trip departing between March 15 and December 15, 2020 with us, you have a 100% credit for monies paid, that you may use on any future trip with Legit Trips (see below).
 
 
Due to the unprecedented impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on the travel industry and our small business, we have updated our Booking Conditions and cancellation policies to help everyone navigate during this pandemic.
The updated terms and conditions below took immediate effect on March 12, 2020.
 
Legit Trips Updated Booking Terms & Conditions:
 
International Trips departing March 12- December 15, 2020:
  • Travelers who booked a trip departing between March 12 and December 15, 2020 will receive a credit of 100% of all monies paid, toward any future trip with Legit Trips, one year from original trip departure date.  (this has been extended to any trip in 2021 or 2022)
International Trips departing from December 15, 2020 and onward:
  • Currently all trips starting on December 15, 2020 and onward are scheduled as planned.  If the situation changes and more trips must be rescheduled, you will be notified via email directly from the Legit Trips owners.
  • If YOU choose to cancel a scheduled international trip departing after December 15, 2020, our normal policies apply.  Deposits are non-refundable (but transferrable to another person or trip) and additional payments can be refunded if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the trip start date (or per trip policies, some trips can not be cancelled, read the specific trip notes please).
