Join us for a 6-day journey through Santorini’s vineyards, villages, and sunsets! This trip is designed to be completely celiac safe.

Hi! We’re No Wine Left Behind, a woman-owned, NYC-based events company that hosts pop up blind wine tasting games with a mission to build an inclusive community of curious wine lovers. We want wine education to be fun, safe, and snobbery-free, and we believe the best way to learn about the drink in our glass is to actually meet winemakers on their turf.
Currently, we’re inviting folks to join us on our wine retreats across the United States and Europe (if you have gluten allergies, check out our celiac-safe trip options!). We’re excited to expand our community as we tour vineyards, talk to winemakers, and enjoy culinary specialties (all gluten free for our celiac safe retreats) at each destination!
No Wine Left Behind is owned and operated by Fallon Schlossman and Louisa Alter. Fallon is the founder/CEO of No Wine Left Behind and holds a WSET Level 2 certification (with distinction). Her passion for wine traces back a decade to when she was first diagnosed with celiac disease. In places where gluten free food and drinks were limited, wine became her go-to drink, sparking a lifelong curiosity to learn more about it and a desire to create more celiac safe spaces. Fallon has visited over 80 wineries in the past 2 years alone, meeting winemakers, touching soil, tasting wine, and collecting more vineyard rocks than you can imagine. She also previously worked at Vinyl Wine, a natural wine shop located in the Upper East Side of New York City.
Louisa is the CMO/co-owner of No Wine Left Behind. In addition to being a wine lover and travel enthusiast, she holds a culinary background rooted in sustainability. She previously worked as a line cook at several farm-to-table fine dining restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area and sharpened her entrepreneurial skills while opening an oyster bar in Malibu, California. She is also a citizen of the EU, having regularly traveled to Europe since she was 3 months old and holding passports for both the United States and Denmark!
Both Fallon and Louisa are explorers of the world and love meeting new people while seeking different experiences. They’re so excited to travel with everyone and share the world (and the best wine) through their eyes! 🙂

Visit Domaine Sigalas, a top Santorini winery known for its sustainable vineyards and award-winning wines blending tradition and innovation. Enjoy a tasting of five wines paired with local dishes, then head to Oia to wander its iconic streets and end the day with dinner overlooking the famous sunset.

SANTORINI
Morning at leisure followed by a visit to Hatzidakis Winery, Santorini’s only certified organic producer, for a guided tasting of four wines with local cheese in its unique cave setting. Then explore Pyrgos village and Mt. Profitis Ilias before a farewell dinner with stunning island views.
