This trip starts in Santiago, Chile (SCL) and ends in Punta Arenas (you may want to fly back to Santiago and just book a RT flight to Santiago)

One domestic flight is required on the itinerary and is not included. Closer to the trip date, we will email the whole group and tell you which domestic flight to book so that everyone can fly together.

Transfers & Flight Details

To receive the included airport transfers, flight details must be submitted no later than 30 days before trip departure. After that time, guests will be responsible for arranging their own airport transportation.

Included airport transfers are available only on the official trip arrival and departure dates. If you plan to arrive early or extend your stay, we’re happy to help arrange additional transfers at an extra cost.

Because transfers are scheduled specifically around your submitted flight details, any last-minute flight changes may require a new transfer booking at the guest’s expense.

Note: Passengers should be able to carry their personal belongings for the duration of the hiking program. We recommend using a 40-liter backpack. We offer luggage service in Puerto Natales for those who wish to leave belongings during their trek.

This trip is priced as double occupancy for hotel nights, and quad occupancy for the refugios along the W Trek.
A solo supplement is available for the hotel nights only if you prefer your own room. The solo supp is +$425.

If you are traveling solo, it doesn’t mean you need to pay for a solo supplement, we’re happy to pair you with a roommate whenever possible.

• 8 nights accommodation – 4 nights in beautiful 4-star hotels (double occupancy), and 4 nights at W Circuit Refugios within the National Park (quad occupancy, bunk beds, private rooms for our group only).

As soon as you put a deposit down for this trip, we begin submitting permits specifically with your name and passport information on them. Moderate to Challenging
Expect 5 consecutive days of hiking, variable weather, and uneven terrain. This is absolutely doable for active travelers—but it will push you (in a good way).

We require training for this trip. Guests should be able to walk 8-10 miles 2 days back to back prior to arriving in Chile.
