Fun Facts About Thailand

Elephant Sactuary

Elephant Jungle Sanctuary is an ethical and sustainable eco-tourism project based in Thailand. Currently comprised of spacious locations in Chiang Mai, Phuket, Samui, and Pattaya, it is now home to over one hundred formerly mistreated elephants, who are now free to enjoy their lives.

Bangkok is the massage paradise of the world. From hour-long reflexologies to all day pampering, you can find massage parlors spread across the city, catering to all kinds of budgets and needs.

During its entire 700 years of history, the people of Chiang Mai never stopped building temples resulting in over 300 beautiful wats all around the city. Built in the traditional Lan Na style, with carefully carved wooden panels and plenty of golden motives, they are all worth a visit. The most famous is Wat Phra That Doi Suthep.

The Beach

Koh Yao Noi is one of the last remaining large islands in Thailand that has not been over developed. The small local communities are still driving the economy through fishing, rice, and rubber plantations. Here you'll experience the authentic side of Southern Thai culture on the island.
